About Us

 Carine Germaine to the left, Shakima Perrington to the right, and Rochelle Yvette Wade (in the middle) the Founder and CEO moving forward with her father’s legacy with a non-profit charity organization, UHOPE  ~ Universal Helping Optimistic People Excel. Universal serves the community and provides outreach and educational support to families and individuals in need. We will provide academic support, care, and guidance to individuals to ensure that they can get through any difficult life situation. Our target population is located in the inner/urban city with statistical data of high crime rates and disadvantages, but we give them UHOPE, inspiration, and strength so our youth can still become successful. We have a strong belief in teaching and educating children who parents/guardians cannot provide fully for their children.
